Email Marketing Software?

Hello all!

I'm looking to invest in an email marketing service for my small business, but it seems like there's way too many options out there. I heard good things about Mailchimp and Sendloop, but wanted to get the opinion of those who have tried different software out.

I don't really have a big marketing budget (I have a few hundred dollars), but am really looking to get the most bang for my buck. Any suggestions?

Mailchimp is industry standards compliant and allows for 2000 FREE messages every month. The layout and website's admin. panel is very intuitive. I have been using the platform for over a year. There are reasons they are growing so fast!

I've heard good things about mailchimp. there are a lot of options out there. I've used Constant Contact and they are pretty good overall. It depends on the size of your list of emails. Mailchimp is about $10 for up too 500 contacts and Constant Contact is $15 . but if you get into large mailing lists of a 5000 or more you may need something a little more industrial.

Website Magick offer a couple of email marking options, one is a product by Accrisoft and another is Zimbra. We have a couple of clients who've used the Accrisoft email marketing software and are quite happy with it.

Sending mass emails from your website hosting account is not a good idea. Most hosts have a limit on the number of emails that can be sent per hour but more important is you may run into bandwidth or RAM limitations which could affect the performance of you website. You are better off using a service such as constant Contact or Accrisoft that will send your email marketing off their servers.

And as Brian mentioned you need to make sure you have an "Opt out" option to keep from ending up on known spammer lists or even running into legal issues.

In my humble opinion, at the top of the pile is JangoMail with everything you could possibly want and use. My next choices would be Data Depot and Benchmark E-Mail. If you do a lot of social media, you might consider Vertical Response. I used them awhile ago and was very satisfied.

When we talk about the E-mail marketing software than Aweber, iContact, MailChimp is one of the best and ideal software for E-mail. I use the Aweber and I really satisfied with this and it has so many additional features in it.
