This thread is to talk about that one thing you have accomplished online that made you go gaga! :ROFLMAO: It could be a feat of strength or something you were working on and then you later finished and went wow I did it!

So I am gonna kick this off. While I've have had a few of these gaga moments like when I made my first affiliate sale to when I sold my first website  heck I still get excited when I sell a website :p.

None of this will ever come close to when I managed to crack page one for a lot seo related keywords across all google sites. I am talking seo consultant and all variants, seo expert and all variants seo consultancy, local seo expert, infact I was ranking for too many keywords I had to take my website offline. For a one man team it was terrible! I was getting phone calls literally every hour and emails were non stopping! I get emails and calls from languages other than english. I remembered a french journalist calling me and I do not speak french apart from merci.
At the time, I was offering free seo audit and that almost killed me! My gf was responsible for helping me keep my sanity as I was going to lose it and in the end I had to shut down the site. I was naive and inexperienced back then, what I should have was contact one the UK's leading SEO agency and sell off the space and leads to them (I still have my leads though lol) I am sure they have the resources to handle over 50 calls a day and they would have paid me handsomely for it

That's my greatest IM moment, what's yours?:)

I think it was back in 2011 when I was working for this startup BPO firm. We simply employed basic SEO strategies. From page 51, we rose to page 3 and page 2 for various keywords in around 4 months' time. We only adopted a pyramid framework and that's about it.

I would have to say that when i was a brand new Affiliate Marketer in Top Tier Direct Sales, the CEO pulled me out on a webinar and critiqued my blog. It was totally nerve-wracking but gave me a great sense of pride to be able to have an audience studying my work ... which was given a huge thumbs up with a couple of minor pointers.

Not one moment, but every time I can start a new relationship and have a conversation with my customers on Twitter that goes past the one response I feel it's a win! In one position I formed one of those relationships that led to a very large monthly contract for our business and when he was in town was even able to meet up for lunch! Whenever you can turn those online into personal, I think that's a huge accomplishment.

My first sale was with Clickbank, but I didn't get any of it because if you don't make any sales for a while Clickbank will reduce the money until it's at $0. I guess my first AdSense check was pretty exciting. I think it was about $150.

Yeah, they do. You need to have 5 sales, from 5 different forms of payment, I believe. So if 5 people bought from you using PayPal, then you won't get paid. They need to be from different payment methods, like Visa, Paypal, etc. I'm being paid regularly now, but it's a real pain for newbies.

They're good, actually, I've been paid by them several times, it's just that the thing of having to have 5 sales from 5 different payment methods that sucks. I like the fact that they pay every two weeks, instead of every month, or even, every two months, like some of the other networks.

My greatest moment was when I made the first page on google for a certain keyphrase on a old site I used to promote. I've found a great company now and I will be sticking them.

Ha, you just reminded me of the first time that I indexed a site in Google. I was a total noob and had no idea what I was doing, I wasn't on any Internet Marketing forums, didn't know that they existed, I was just picking up bits and pieces here and there. I remember it being New Years Eve, and I was on my way out to my brother's place, I put the domain name in Google and found it for the first time.

I once was able to get a lot of viewers for my blog and to see it start from zero to that point really was very fulfilling to me. After a few months of just putting up articles and sharing it on my social media accounts, I finally got one that appealed to a lot of people enough that many people started visiting. Not that many stayed, though, unfortunately. :D but it was still very satisfying to see that cause and effect.

My greatest internet marketing moment was when my first video went viral. I worked my butt off for a week straight making posts on forums about my video, optimizing tags and description and I spent so long editing it that I was so amazed when it reached 400k views in a short amount of time. Today has something like 5 million views. :)

I have not had a major success with internet marketing since I have no experience marketing online in general. I do not have the resources yet to start marketing a product or service online. I think that it is hard to be a marketer online since you have to understand how SEO Marketing works. I have yet to create a website that would be appealing enough for any market. I am still trying to figure out what to do with my blog that I have to get it accepted for the Google Adsense since it got rejected.
