Hello people. I would like to know what steps should i take to grow my web design company. This is my website, www.design21st.com
It is only 5 months old, and my main concern is getting in more projects. In which I would like to hear your advice on what can be done or how should i improve on it.

Currently, I am dependent on referrals for projects, but i realize that its not enough to sustain. I have been calling up many companies and emailing them to promote my service, which actually have not been going too well too. Please advise!

    Greetings Han,
As a hosting company I get tons of emails from guys like you and unfortunately most just get deleted. You need to find a corner of the internet an create a reputation there by doing high quality work, meeting deadlines, and generally making some customers really happy. Satisfied customers are going to be your best advertising (not to mention advertising that could not be bought at any price).

If you can find companies that are local to you its quite possibly the best place to start. Years ago I literally walked into business and asked if they had a website. As far as the web find a community such as this one and let people get to know you by giving out good advice such as in the design and development section.

    There is also freelancer.com, thumbtack.com and craigslist.org

    Good luck, :)
