    Hi Jay,

Put your link in your signature and you'll have one here.

Craigslist is a good place to advertise local businesses and yellowbook online will give you a free link,

    Hope this helps,

    Welcome to eForum :)

You can try backpage.com ,they offer free ads to be displayed with huge traffic to your targeted ads.

I would highly recommend that you think about writing a range of related articles and post them on various article websites, but make sure that they are unique and not just copied from other sources.

Using articles to get a good amount of back-links to your website can be very effective providing that the articles are well written, and useful.

The articles should at least be 500-1000 words long and have a keyword ratio of 3-5%; but make sure that the article still makes sense and is not just full of keywords; otherwise the search engines may penalize you for keyword stuffing.

I have to disagree because Article Marketing is "yesterday", at one time my articles gave me a steady strem of visitors but for the past 15 month or so it has slowed to a trickle.

I still get a decent steady stream of traffic from my articles on website hosting, search engine optimization and domain name registration.

I find that 2-3 new articles every week, when properly published and shared using social media websites are very useful.

Although you may get some business from Craigslist, when it comes to marketing, there is no such thing as a free ride. You have to put something into it, either enough effort to learn how to market to your target market or a marketing budget to pay someone who has put the effort into learning how to market. Free classifieds, free listing sites, articles and forums are all nice pieces of a marketing plan, but generally won't be enough to sustain a business.

I agree that Manta is a good resource as I am very active in Manta Connect. It is a great place to network and get help from other businesses, just keep in mind it is a free listing service, and as I mentioned in previous post, as a free listing service it's a good addition, but nothing that will sustain a business.
