What do you think of this bad boy?

So I've been working on this for over a month and half. http://usalawsuitfunding.com Would love to hear some feedback and any recommendations. The site itself is still undergoing about 100+ pages to be published, but as it sits, there are almost 165 pages, 20 which are being indexed as we speak.

Would love some valuable feedback though, oh and I know the contact form is ugly, lol I think it's a bit old looking but I'm working on it.

Improve ur site's alexa ranking and Google PR.....u need to have some high quality back links too.....In usa u need to have a good traffic rank to acquire Google's 1st page all the time....best of luck for ur site.....

I know. I have no budget to work with, so it makes it sooooo tough for a start up to take off you know? Everywhere I call wants $4k or more. egghhh. I won't give up. Just not sure what to do as of now.... are comment links bad? Are they useless? Free directories, are they worthless? idk. I just do everything I read and see from others. Maybe it will fail, maybe it won't. It's a waiting game. I've got 2 leads as of now and praying just one comes through, then the budget rises.
