I agree, email Marketing works. I've used Constant contact in the past and there is also an email marketing program that we offer by Accrisoft. The advantage of using services such as this is the email gets sent of their servers and not yours and you don't use your bandwidth or run the risk of your IP getting on anyone's Spam list. Another thing is they offer an opt out which makes it legal.
When email marketing I would advise that building your own list and not buying lists of email addresses.
