This is a very vague request. What do you want to know about CPA? You can't ask such a vague question and expect help. Tell the forum in details and you will be sure to get good responses (y)
 
Call Per Action based campaign has less involved risk for the business owner, also has the larger share in the revenue. Commission Junction is a great example of this model.

It would be tough to answer or add more clarification for the question without proper specifications.
