This is a case study that explains in 5 steps how to rank a new ecommerce store: bit.ly/1KbgYPh. I think it shows that you don’t necessarily have to focus on the quantity of your back links. Good content, a keyword strategy, relevancy and the quality of your links is much more important nowadays. By targeting 1 to 2 relevant link types each month, it’s not hard to get results - especially when you are in a fast growing niche like drones.
