Good use of WordPress, And yes you should start working on your SEO right from the beginning. I would advise a couple more Phrases in your keywords to start. But yes do as many directory listings as you can in the real estate field.

I agree that most of these back links services are scams just as the ones that say buy traffic. I do however think there are plenty of quality directories that you can get a listing for free. Paying for directory listing seems a ripoff. these directories make their money through PPC ads and do not need to charge for listings.

In the same time you can do classified posting, forum discussion, social bookmarking and interested the go for link exchange with high pr websites in same theme based. If you unable to do seo activities in your self then higher a professional to do for you. That will be more beneficiary.
