Domain Registrar Support?

How important is a good domain registrar support service to you? I have never even contacted support. But I read for some it is almost the most important factor when choosing a registrar.

Yes, you may never even need that kind of help. And it is true. But sometimes emergency situations arise that require an urgent solution. And in such cases, it is important that your registrar can provide qualified assistance on time.
I remember well the situation when the domain registrar immediately blocked my domain name upon receiving a complaint and he did not begin to understand the problem. But now I am using Pananames registrar. When my registrar received the complaint, he contacted me and gave advice on what to do to eliminate the cause that led to the complaint and did not block the domain name.

 

By the way, I also bought several domain names from Pananames.

 

In the near future, I want to buy a dozen cheap domains here for a year for one project. It is so beneficial if don't renew it later.
