    Linking to other website which are already highly recommended make a positive traffic on your site.These other websites are highly popular ,so user goes through these sites first and someone makes a backlink to their site and recommend your site as a reliable one, user definitely want to go with your site.
    There are several strategy to go through back link posting on another site , that is called SEO technique.
