Xrumer versus Penguin and panda updates

From sky to earth i have tried all tactics to get back the Lost traffic of my website,But nothing has worked for me till date,Now my question is- Is xrhumer good for Penguin? or is it the solution? I have posted 6000 profile backlink overnight,and nothing good has happened !But i am still waiting,
My website has dropped to 100 unqiue visits a day from 300 after april and yet no results,its even going down
I have no duplicate content,no internal links,No adverts!!Clean website!!
Can anyone tell me if xrhumer is good for these updates?Please note-Already tried Linkwheel-Zero results

Ok letus do it- I am now going for Scrape box, within 7 days i will repost the results,Though i am awaiting xrumer results,just given it to 22000 backlink blast!

Ho la ; Its been really long time that i was not able to post or reply...But here are the new things- I have used Every thing almost all tools and software present on Internet today till 2013,I spammed 3 of my domains which were ofcourse not important to me,All things are Crap..WASTE OF TIME,Scrapebox,xrumer,even wikilinks which are posted in thousands of quantities...I tell you dont play with these tricks,your site will be out of search engine within few days,...Anyhow i found the great way to bring up and back to normal my websites...Which bypass almost all updates by google and other searchengines,but frankly it requires lots of patience,lots of time and offcourse money....Out of 3 websites 1 is back to position page 1 almost everywhere..Other two are still way back and i am working on those!!!! So dont use any such softwares to get those spammy links and be wise to searchengines!!!!!!
