panda and Penguin are google's algorithem. Panda= content farming (ON Page SEO)
Penguin= Link spaming (OFF Page SEO).

Penguin and panda have some major Difference. panda is use to content farming & Penguin is use Link spamming ...

 

Google panda and Google penguin updates has huge difference.But both updates have same motive to stop spamming.Panda had announced to remove duplicate content from each every website.On the other side Google penguin has filtered websites having duplicate links.So our first priority should be getting natural and do-follow links.

 

Panda updates is for low quality websites but penguin updates is for low quality links, both are different algorithms of Google.

 

Google penguin update was announced on 24 April 2012. As per Google penguin update it decreased the rankings of the website who breaks the google webmaster guidelines of black hat seo.

Google Panda update was first announced in February 2011. This algorithm targets on low quality sites or less pages sites.
