I am from India doing with SEO job, how to SEO in Australian web sites to increase the keyword ranking in google.co.au and to increase the Australian visitors and to get Australian back links. What are the ways that I should follow? Please share your opinions.

Start doing local listing. Get your site indexed in local directories. Try to get back links from sites having relevant niche along with unique content.

Time period ( 0-3months) :
a. 5 directory submissions.
b. 5 article submissions.
c. 2 press release submissions.
d. 5 form postings. :-ex:your keyword is "seo" so you have do like inurl:.com or .edu. or .org etc "seo"+ "post a comment"----you will get a list where you can get backlinks from competetion
e. 50 social bookmarking/networking submissions.
f. 20 strong competitiors blog commenting.
