Malaysia is the most developed nation of Southeast Asia after Singapore and is a progressive Islamic country blessed with rich natural resources, vast rainforest tracts, pristine sand beaches and a renowned cuisine. Malaysia is a multi cultural and multi ethnic country where Chinese, Thais, Indians, Malayans and ethnic tribes coexist peacefully.As of 2011, Malaysia ranks 9th among the top most visited countries in the world, after Germany.

    The country is divided into various administrative zones namely – West Coast, East Coast, South, Sabah and Sarawak. The West Coast is more developed side of the Malaysian Peninsula and it incorporates the states of Kedah, Malacca, Negeri Sembilan, Penang, Perak, Perlis and Selangor, as well as two Federal Territories;

    Malaysia's capital city Kuala Lumpur and the new administrative centre of Putrajaya all located within this region. The East Coast comprises the state of Kelantan, Pahang and Terengganu and is more traditional. The South Coast includes the state of Johor.

    One of the most convenient ways to travel within Malaysia and between Singapore is by bus. Travelers are advised to book their tickets early online in website such as which provides the online booking of most express buses tickets from Singapore to Malaysia and within Malaysia itself. With more than 3000 departures per day to various locations and destinations. The online coach booking system can be more comfortable and economical. The detailed destinations of most express buses can also be found here. For bus travelers from singappore, click here to see a very informative website of Singapore express bus to Malaysia.

    Besides bus, travel by train is also available, but train will take longer time and less frequent. Travel by domestic flight are only make sense for routes more than 500 km, this is because time of two hours taken to check in and travel from air port to city / town will sometime will take an additional 4 hrs itself excluding the flight travelling time.

    Welcome to Malaysia and enjoy your journey…
