How Does One Resell One's Domain?

Anyone care to share their experience on reselling their domains?

- where do you sell them?
- how do you determine what it is worth?

Being a reseller and someone who buys up domains in order to "Flip" them are two different things. Most hosting companies including Website Magick offer domain names as a service to our clients. We are resellers and make very little if anything off the transaction.

People who buy domains they think they can sell at a higher price at auction are domain flippers. You can auction these domains at sedo.com and a couple of other domain auction sites. There are also sites that will appraise domains based on certain criteria such as number of words, search terms and such. The value is largely based on how bad someone wants the domain.

Flippa is one of the best auction site out there. I have found it more selling domains than average auction sites

 

Yes I have few domains to sell but Flippa i think its not free,They take their subscription,where as if some one sells a website or a domain,he or she may be in need of money,and when some one needs money urgently he or she cant afford to subscribe! And what if they dont have customers immideatly for you website or domain!

 

Another GoDaddy reseller, that's pretty strange that you'd find two of them.

I think godaddy is the best domain seller and reseller.. It is the domain reseller in my knowledge..
