    No. Forum signature is still an effective way of circulating links online. It was simply that various forums get stricter with forum signature because thousands of people are abusing. There are a lot of spammers out there who register in forums just to create a profile and signature. They are not thinking that this technique will not work at all. To be successful at this technique, you need to convince the users why they have to click on your signature. Ask yourself if they can benefit from the link you're advertising to them.

    No and never. Cause Forum signature is totally depends upon admin approval and every forum script having that option of signature. but admin not allow users to get signature then it must be dead you can say.
