i am using all these techniques for my site. But still the PR is zero .. what should i do now??

 

On SEO there is two part (On page and Off Page )...... you just check your on page.....
1> add proper title, keywords, description and meta tag and set proper alt tag on your website images.....
2> Check your w3c validation
3> Check your site is design and develop on Google Webmaster rules...

 

Thats a huge list of work,One can follow for a day or two or may be a month,But not everyday,anyways a professional Seo might do this!!
