Here's what it sounds like you need to do. Get a hosting account, Build a website, and learn all you can about SEO. Create a business plan. How are you going to Market, Who is your target market, What is you overhead going to be? Do yourself a favor and don't use free hosting. You will quickly find there are more people out there who don't understand SEO and Marketing (or the difference) that are talking the loudest about SEO.

If you're smart and learn fast you can do this. Don't become one of the many "wanabe experts" that take peoples money and don't help them.
