is html5 website design good for seo?

if i designed a site html5 means how should i make a site seo friendly.and then i need to know what are the seo benifits from html5?

HTML 5 contains some very good and enhanced features and they are very beneficial for the web designers. But as per me it dosen't affects the seo. The SEO for the HTML5 website will be done as usual.
