How Web Changed in Last Two Decades?

First half of 1990’s : In 1994, the very first website came into existence and was published by Tim Berners-Lee. Web was much simpler at that time.
Second half of 1990’s : Animated text and GIF took over the websites. Flash and PHP too came into existence .
First half of 2000’s :Web was going for a major overhaul with the introduction of CSS
