Have a look on my website http://www.amit-thewonderboysworld.blogspot.com/ .....I need some valuable opinion on it's design....I wanna give my website a new look......plzzz give a few opinion or tips on how to design it better..............

 

A couple of things that might be helpful,
The background is rather distracting at the top and looks just a bit messy and makes the text difficult to read. There seems to be way too much on the first page and you have to do a lot of scrolling to get to the bottom. Perhaps having the news (I take it that it's a news site) separated into categories.

Well if you are on blogsspot.com I would imagine you are stuck with their templates. If you are serious about your site I would suggest getting a domain and a real hosting account. Most web hosts offer site builder, WordPress and Joomla. If your not adept at writing a custom site then use one of the aforementioned. Or you can have a site designed for you if your willing to invest a little money.
