Which is the best page rank checker tool ?

Now a days when Google pagerank is in demand,I came across few websites which were having a Fake pagerank,as usual i checked the pagerank on this free webmasters resource

The tool is great and accurate but this is not showing the Fake pagerank..Any ideas for another tool?
