Fatcow Hosting

Hi everyone,

I'm new here, but fatcow is hosting my site. I did a ton of research and after trying a couple, they provide the most bang for the buck. Their customer service is very, very good and response time is faster than I have seen by any hosting company.

No worries. These are yearly prices not monthly. I can offer special pricing on these, how do you like that?

 

Why is that a bad deal? You have to remember I am located in NZ and going by NZ currency! You also have to remember that most other companies offer their hosting/domains for at least $35 per year here, so I dont see why that is such a bad deal?
Also our hosting packages are much more comprehensive which means you get a lot more in the package than other domain/hosting suppliers.
Can you compare apples for apples and tell me why this is such a bad deal???

 

NZ dollars is $ - you have to remember this is the Internet and people from all over the world access it. So regarding your comments, it may be a bad deal for a global customer if their local country offers it cheaper - which would make sense. But in this instance my post was directed more towards those looking for a good NZ deal. You are comparing my hosting prices to another country who operates in a different currency - that isnt apples for apples.

It doesnt matter if other countries dont see this as a good deal, like I said its NZ. Bank exchange rates are very expensive for NZ customers to shop overseas and shopping trends suggest that NZers prefer to shop local rather than overseas, so this deal is perfectly aligned for those and are very "affordable rates" - more than most!....
