They will always catch up to the latest and greatest "tricks", so instead focus on a fundamentally sound SEO strategy.

Hey May be all points as mentioned above are spammy things but Hidden text may not be fully considered as spammy,It can be used for purely personel purpose,i mean on footer and can be used to note various things which you do not want anyone else to read!!
It is not an arguement because i know that IT can be spammy!! It is just my thought !!!

 

Its just a waste of time to discuss about black hat techniques, specially after Panda and Penguin updates. Google is much more smart now.
