I'm a newbie when it comes to affiliate marketing, and I would like your help guys in determining the right methods and techniques. Is using Fiverr gigs to promote to facebook feasible? Do these fiverr gig owners have real people in their account that are fans or following them? What are the advantages and disadvantages of using fiverr gigs for social marketing/promotion? I want your help guys in determining if it's a good way of promotion. Also, please suggest your recommended fiverr gig that you've used successfully for affiliate marketing. Thanks.

I don't think that's very effective because most of the results you'll get are probably just bots, or at most you'll just get the people who are sharing or liking your page insincerely because they are just doing it for money so eventually you'll just be left with a lot of likes but without an actual audience. I'm still much more of a believer of growing your fanbase organically since even if it's slow at the start you'll at least be more assured of the quality of your followers.

Yeah, I feel there are really a lot of bots in those fiverr gigs unless they say these are real people in those accounts, even then you can't know for sure. Thanks for the tip. :)

As far as I can tell, these people will have fake accounts that appear to be real. Don't pay much attention to the comments from previous buyers either, because a lot of sellers will have their friends make comments in that section, or even trade comments with other sellers, to make their gig look popular.

Yeah I kinda figured that out too. I made the mistake of buying one of these fiverr gigs and it did not give me the results and the number of clicks that I expected. Even worse is that none of those clicks signed up for my referral link so they're probably bots. It was a waste of money and time. It seems that those fiverr gigs can't be relied on to promote my affiliate links. You're right, thanks for the tip. :)

I agree about staying away from outsourcing unless you really know who you are giving the work to. To give you an idea what to expect, a good VA who is experienced and good in promoting in social media would ask a minimum of $10/hr. So by trying to get a heck of deal on labor, I would expect you'll be getting what you pay for.

Some Facebook pages and Fiverr gigs are legit but the problem is finding one's that are. If you go this route try to find something in your niche and not just general. You can also message the Fiverr person with other questions like their user demographics for their page. If you have their Facebook page, check it out and see if people do engage with it. If not move on to the next one.

Definitely question their demographic and such. Also be careful that there might be a bit too many bots involved in this process.

There is so much bad said about the results received on Fiverr for Facebook it is hard to say if it is worth the $5 fee you pay.

I have made the mistake before to get some viewers to my Facebook pages. However, I found even with the guaranteed American traffic, it was mainly all traffic from countries that would not help me in promotion because it was countries that I did not sell to.
