I figured most affiliate programs would have stats pages in the members area which would also give you this information. If there is any software for what you're asking, I don't know, I've never looked.

I just done a quick 'google' and from what I saw, there was no free affiliate tracking software. But what did pop up was a blog post from a friend of mine who has put up some great advice on affiliate reporting and tracking the link: http://adriennesmith.net/affiliate-marketing-tip-3-reporting-and-tracking/ . She also stated programs, more, successful programs, will have good tracking software for their affiliates.
