Craigslist Ad Posting Guidelines

I want to post my ad and some of my friends business ads in craigslist ad site. It is very hard and seems tedious to post the business ad in it. I am from India. This site needs phone verified accounts. I don't know how to get the phone verified accounts. What it means? An ad posting company asked me to work for them. But I don't have the PVAs. Any of body of our friends having practical experience about this craigslist ad posting, please enlighten me here. Thank you in advance.
