I still feel that Clickbank is still one of the best sources for affiliate marketing info. They offer great info about what product or services are doing well at the moment and how to choose one that is best for you. One of the main reasons that I like using their services is that if you buy something with their online service and for some reason you do not like the product or service you can fairly easily get a refund. I like that because there are so many scams online that you really need to be able to get your money back if you really do not like the product or service that you purchased. What do you think?

They have been in business for nearly a decade so no doubt that they have gotten their formula down. Also, to last this long, they must be doing something right. I agree that they have excellent mechanics both for sellers and buyers since the risk for either is minimized as much as possible, and I think it's commendable that they still are able to be dominant in their own niche despite multiple competitors popping up left and right over the years.

I like Clickbank as well. I had one incident where a customer mistakenly purchased a product from one of my autoresponders and when they requested refund, it was not a refundable product ... so they do have a products that will not receive a refund.
I do not recall the particulars at this point, it was a couple of years ago. The customer purchased 2 products at the time, only 1 was refunded.

Maybe they have changed their refund policies because what I know about Clickbank is that every product has to be refundable and that the refund period is 60 days (instead of the usual 30 days of other platforms).

In fact that's the great thing about Clickbank (from a buyer's point of view): every product sold there has a 60 day money back guarantee. That make people trust Clickbank products more easily and that's great for the seller because it'll be easier to convice people into buying.

Or at least that's what I know for what I've read on the site.

I think they have changed their refund policies. I few years ago I ran into a nonrefundable product but I haven't had an issue in recent years.

People trust Clickbank products because of the refundablility and it is awesome for the seller. I know personally I won't buy something unless I'm able to return it. I don't make it a habit of returning items but on occasion I need to.

My issue is that I just need to find a niche that I want to be involved in. Clickbank got a huge library of products and services to chose from to promote. I just have to see if I still got my account.

I've been using Clickbank for a while, and I personally don't like how easy it is to get a refund. Whether or not it helps sales is debatable, but one thing that is for sure is that there isn't much hassle to getting a refund. This makes it easy for people who don't want to spend the money, but want to get the information for free. I've had so many times when I've been excited because I got a sale and was depending on the money to come in, but then I take a look at my account and see that the money was refunded. It's frustrating.

Clickbank has been around awhile and probably the best for digital or ebook type products for affiliates.

However I do not like some of their policies, namely the dormant account policy. It states, "Accounts with a positive balance but no earnings for an extended period of time are considered dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to a charge of $1 per pay period after 90 days of no earnings, $5 per pay period after 180 days of no earnings, and $50 per pay period after 365 days of no earnings." If they see you are still getting clicks and visitors per your analytics that should be enough to show you are active and not dormant. I find it difficult to get sales sometimes and it might be months between sales. I think this is downright fraud on their part for taking away money from affiliates that are trying their best but can't get sales more often. Most of the products on Clickbank are complete junk and people can tell it's just a sales page when they do stumble upon a Clickbank product. This policy needs to be changed in my opinion.
