    [​IMG]The Belarus law bans its citizens from using foreign websites . Authorities threatened to impose fines for Wi-Fi providers,Internet Cafes and any other individuals that share Internet connections if they don't report users who are trying to violate this law .

    I do believe that China had tried to keep the internet out by setting up their own intranet. It didn't work for them either. Seems sort of silly but then we have the whole SOPA thing going on in the US.
